Torrie (Torrie) Wilson raised on a farm located in Boise Idaho. It's surrounded by the usual crops of potatoes, corn, and wheat. Wilson is a model-in-training in the 1990s who was joined by her partner to the the backstage area of WCW on a trip to the ring. Then, she joined Scott Steiner in the ring and continued to work for over a decade. Wilson participated in WCW occasionally, but she also served as an administrator for wrestlers like David Flair. Billy Kidman. Shanth Douglas. Wilson was hired by WWE shortly after the company bought WCW, in spring 2001. In one of the biggest eras in sports and entertainment, her talent for athletics and a passion for entertainment was perfect for WWE. Wilson became a major figure after WCW entered WWE with the help of her (sometimes opponent) Stacy Keibler. Once that invasion was fought off, Wilson became a key female wrestler in WWE's women's division, engaging in memorable rivalries with the likes of Keibler, Sable and Melina. The family of her mother was also in danger when she took on Dawn Marie for their honor.
