LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on the 30th of December, 1984 is an American professional basket ball player who represents the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James, he's widely thought of as the best athlete of all time and has often compared Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James has won four NBA championships and four NBA MVP awards and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James has earned the second most career goals and seventh most assists. He has been selected as an NBA All Star 18 times. Additionally, as an NBA All-Star, James was picked as a member of his NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. He has competed in the ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between 2011 and 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. James became the first NBA player to score 10,000 points, 10 rebounds and an assist in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio. James was feted by media across the nation as the future NBA superstar. To prepare for the pro game his dream, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the number one overall pick during the NBA draft in 2003. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, the player quickly became one of the league's premier players by winning an NBA MVP award in 2010 and 2009. James was a free agency in 2010 after failing to secure championships for Cleveland. He made the decision to leave Cleveland to join Miami Heat, announced on The Decision, a popular television show The Decision, is considered as one of the most controversial free-agent actions in sports history.
